The Villas

Residents at The Villas are required to sign a one year lease, which lease CAN BE TERMINATED UPON THIRTY DAYS’ NOTICE.

Rent cannot increase more than once a year, and any increase cannot exceed 5%.  Suffield by the River offers two different payment options for residing in The Villas.



That is one of the most common questions when looking at senior residential communities.  And the answer if you are a resident of Suffield by the River is you don’t have to worry.  Due to our common ownership, residents of Suffield by the River have a priority admission* into Suffield House, one of the area’s finest skilled nursing facilities.  And unlike life care communities which require a large down payment in exchange for nursing home care, Suffield by the River does not require you to part with your life savings yet still affords you what is in essence life care.  Why would you choose another community which does not offer you this same peace of mind?

*Priority admission is dependent upon source of payment (Medicaid is an acceptable source of payment) and medical eligibility.
